Workforce Development Center Campaign Hostos Community College
Job training programs have always been a big part of what Hostos Community College offers residents of the South Bronx. But with the opening of its new Center for Workforce Development, the college needed to amplify its message and deliver it directly to employers looking to train or upgrade worker skills. To help the college make it happen, Foundry crafted “The Skills to Do the Job” campaign, including an information kit and print ad showcasing a standout Hostos graduate interning with the New York Yankees. The ad, which ran in the official Yankees’ magazine, was also distributed as posters and used in direct mail.
